My experience with Kyner's Auto was exceptional and enjoyable! The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. Mike was a true professional and worked with me to purchase exactly the car I wanted. Laura made the sales transaction smooth and uncomplicated. The dealer fees are very reasonable- no hidden costs and full transparency. Jeff was very kind, explained questions that I had, didn't make me feel like I was less than asking about the computer apps in my vehicle, expressed many times if I needed anything to please call and he would help with any further questions, compassionate about his job, spoke highly of the company, HONEST about everything and we lack that in society anymore and just a genuine person. The finance gentleman was very kind, calm and explained all questions I had. This has been the best experience buying a vehicle that I have ever had!!! I just bought a car here and I want to say that this was the most pleasant and positive car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesman (David) was very helpful and patient while I test drove multiple vehicles and didn’t make me feel like I was taking too much of his time. He was honest and I felt he genuinely wanted to help me find the best car for my needs and budget. The sales manager was equally as helpful and great to work with and I walked out of there feeling secure about my purchase and doing business with this dealership. Another thing I love about this place is that they take care of their customers long after the initial purchase and that was a big part of why I went here to begin with. Thank you Kyner’s!
